Vicky and Michael, are thrilled to announce the results, the outcome of their nominations for The 2019 Canterbury Bankstown Local Business Awards.
On the 24th July 2019, the prestigious awards ceremony was hosted at The Revesby Workers Club, where hundreds of guests packed the ballroom- and enjoyed the collaboration and celebration of small businesses- and the recognition of their contributions they provide the local community and economy collectively. The awards are an invaluable opportunity to showcase business success and accomplishment. An opportunity to be recognised and awarded for individual hard work and achievement, often generated after decades of determination and commitment to succeed.
Tens of thousands of votes generated a finalist list of businesses that made up the 35 categories of the awards, including the Gold Business of the Year Award. It was a night of great emotion and elation for the team at Acropolis Funeral Services. They were honoured to have won and accepted The 2019 Canterbury Bankstown Local Business Awards- Professional Services Award.
Furthermore, Vicky was crowned The 2019 Canterbury Bankstown Local Business Awards- Business Person Of The Year. An honour graciously accepted with an emotional speech delivered and thunderous applause received.
